Over the past few months, we've seen Timisoara pretty much reach its potential. It's a city with a lot of potential, with a very strong artistic community, which in my opinion is not being reached because we don't know what our goals are. But during this period the city has shown how it can look even when it's not the Capital of Culture. Yes, it seems to me that we still have a long way to go and culture is still far from many people. One of the good steps we have taken is about transparency and the way funds for cultural projects are allocated. It's a very dry one, but extremely important. Another is management and the way the city is given direction, and here I think good steps have been taken. Another step is discovering spaces, areas of the city where culture can be made.
