It was a year that, even if it didn't happen maybe all the preparation of it happening, raised questions, opened doors that will probably open again, created some appetite. Let's not get bogged down in counting how many people visited an exhibition, how many local artists were involved, how much, how much it cost in terms of money. Let's draw parallels between how much it cost and how much it would have cost us if it hadn't happened. We need to think about what the city would have looked like in 5-10 years if it didn't happen this year.
